We’re proud to say that WOW Saddles are made in Britain at our workshop just outside the historic city of Canterbury, Kent.
We don't mass-produce, we don't outsource, we craft all our products here in the UK, employing local staff, contributing to the economy, and keeping quality at the forefront.

Our products and all their unique features have all been envisioned, developed, and constructed here at WOW HQ led by founders David Kempsell and Maggie White.
Keeping production under one roof gives us complete control over every stage of the process and means our team have seamless communication and collaboration. It allows us to streamline our workflow, maintain consistency, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Shorter Supply Chains
Because we produce almost every part of our saddles in-house, our supply chains remains short and efficient. We're not waiting for parts to be delivered as we can make them right here!
We don’t make sweeping sustainability claims but simply acknowledge that manufacturing locally avoids unnecessary air miles and complex global logistics, reducing environmental impact in a realistic and measurable way.

Hands On With Horses
At WOW HQ, our horses play a vital role in everything we do. By riding and testing our products first-hand, we can refine and improve every detail in real working conditions.
They are also central to our training courses, providing retailers with live, hands-on experience as they learn to fit, adjust and understand WOW™ saddles in practice.
Our Facilities
When a client needs a more custom service, they can visit us in Kent, for an in house service where things can be tried, tested and modified before final production.
And of course, we might throw in a little tour, showing how we make and develop our saddles.
