We hold a number of courses at our workshops in Canterbury during the year and courses are varied in content according to the experience of those attending. In addition to theory and practice of adjustment of both Flair and WOW in the classroom we have horses of a variety of shapes to enable us to be able to discuss different conformations and the effect on saddle fitting. Saddle fitting and Flair adjustments will be carried out in a covered area and an indoor arena.
Course places are very limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. The course fee is £150.00 and includes lunch. Securing a place on the course requires a completed booking form and a non-returnable deposit of £75.00.
*Please Note! This course is aimed at riders wishing to adjust their own saddles only! It is not for those wishing to make saddle fitting adjustments commercially!

Training Course Contents
The object of the courses is to give the rider confidence to change head plates, flaps and panels on a WOW saddle and to understand how the Flair system works so they are able to adjust it if they wish. We will discuss the correct fitting of the saddles in terms of head plate, tree, panels and girthing and we will discuss saddle fitting issues and common problems and misconceptions. Then we will move on to the use of Flair to balance the saddle front to back and side to side, if required.

The course starts at 8:3o AM prompt. You will receive a numbered certificate after each of the courses.
Location, Food and Accommodation
Our workshops and office are about a six minutes’ drive from the City of Canterbury in Kent in a very rural area. We will be working in a classroom environment and then in an indoor school. You will be working around horses so must wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
We supply lunch to those on the courses. Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements or are allergic to anything. Evening meals if needed, can be taken at a choice of local pubs (£10.00+) or in the centre of Canterbury where cuisine from most nationalities is available.
Accommodation is available in either ‘Bed and Breakfast’ (Approx £45.00 - £80.00 pp/night) or hotel (varies in price) either in the local countryside or in the centre of Canterbury. We can provide contacts. If you are accompanied by partners, Canterbury offers excellent shopping, cinemas, art galleries etc as well as secluded country walks, bicycle rides and golf courses and is well known as a lovely place to take a holiday.
